What you are purchasing
Amplify is an optional paid promotional service, not a purchase of editorial acceptance. Boost promotes your story on CREATIV's Instagram and Facebook for seven days and includes the ad spend stated in the offer. Product Spotlight is a sponsored piece featuring your product or brand with a link to your shop. The Amplify Bundle includes both services. Your selected offer and the amount shown at checkout define your purchase.
Print Page requests require separate confirmation of availability, scope, and price. Joining the Newsletter Feature waitlist does not purchase or reserve a placement.
Payment and order details
Amplify checkout purchases are one-time payments in US dollars, processed by Stripe. Review the selected services, total, and any applicable taxes before paying. Saving your choices or requesting details alone does not complete a purchase. Keep your payment confirmation for order inquiries.
Materials and fulfillment
You must provide accurate contact information, working destination links, and any materials needed to deliver the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions to use the names, photographs, logos, and other content you supply, and authorize us to edit and use them as needed for your purchased promotion.
Scheduling depends on the story being ready, receipt of required materials, and any relevant platform approvals. A seven-day Boost refers to the promotion's duration, not a promise to begin within seven days of payment. Contact us to coordinate timing; no specific start date is promised unless we confirm it with you.
Editorial independence and results
Purchasing Amplify does not determine whether or how your story is covered. Sponsored pieces are clearly labeled Sponsored. We do not guarantee impressions, followers, engagement, traffic, sales, or a particular business outcome. Advertising platforms control their own approvals and delivery.
Submitted materials must be lawful, truthful, and respect others' rights. We may request changes or decline materials that cannot lawfully or appropriately be promoted. If a purchased service cannot be provided, contact us so we can address the issue in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds and your legal rights
All sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable law. Read the refund policy before paying. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy, changes, and contact
Our privacy policy explains how purchase and related submission information is handled. Updates to these terms apply to purchases made after the revised effective date and do not retroactively remove mandatory rights or change an existing order's agreed scope.
