We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, business details, website, product links, promotional selections, and communications. Related story submissions may include interviews, photographs, social handles, and contact information. We also receive purchase references, payment status, and order details from our payment provider.
Stripe collects payment details through its checkout. Our app does not receive your full card number or security code. Hosting, payment, and analytics services may process technical information such as IP addresses, device and browser information, and site interactions.
How we use information
We use information to process and associate payments with orders, deliver purchased promotions, communicate about materials and scheduling, prepare editorial or sponsored content, maintain records, protect against fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, processing is based on performing our agreement with you, legitimate business interests, legal obligations, or consent when required.
Service providers and public content
We use Base44 for app hosting and data services, Stripe for payments, and email providers for order and editorial communications. AI services may process interview content to help prepare editorial drafts. Advertising and publishing platforms receive the content and information needed to deliver the promotion you requested. These providers may process information in other countries, subject to applicable protections.
Published stories and sponsored promotions are public. Names, business details, quotes, approved images, and destination links included in published content may be viewed or shared by others. Private contact and billing details are not intended for publication. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses cookies or browser storage for functions such as authentication and remembering information entered during the submission flow. Hosting, analytics, advertising, and payment services may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Browser settings can control storage and cookies, but disabling them may affect functionality. Any consent required for non-essential tracking must be obtained separately; purchasing is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill purchases, maintain business and payment records, handle disputes, and meet legal requirements. Published content may remain available as part of our editorial archive. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain uses, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant regulator. Some records must be retained for legal or payment purposes, and deleting an account or requesting deletion does not automatically remove public copies of previously published material.

Children and policy updates
Amplify purchases are intended for adults acting for themselves or their businesses. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us. We may update this policy by changing the effective date; material changes will be communicated when required by law.
