This policy applies to Boost, Product Spotlight, the Amplify Bundle, and other Amplify services purchased from us. A change of mind, a decision not to use the service, or dissatisfaction with reach, engagement, traffic, or sales does not by itself qualify for a refund, unless applicable law provides otherwise. No particular promotional result is guaranteed.
Saving promotional preferences, joining a waitlist, or requesting Print Page details is not a paid purchase. Any separately agreed Print Page order remains subject to the terms disclosed before that payment and mandatory legal rights.
Your mandatory rights are protected
This final-sale policy does not override rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable cancellation rights or remedies for services that are not supplied or do not conform to the agreement. Nothing on this page asks you to waive those rights. Any legally required express consent to begin work during a statutory cancellation period must be obtained separately.
Payment errors or service problems
If you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, incorrect, or eligible for a legally required refund, or if a purchased service has not been provided as agreed, use our contact page. Include your purchase email, payment date, order reference, and a description of the issue. Never send your full card number or security code.
We will review the payment and service records and respond in accordance with applicable law. You do not need to give up any rights to raise a payment dispute with your payment provider.
When a refund is required
Legally required refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. Any statutory refund deadline applies; the time a credit takes to appear also depends on your bank or payment provider. We will communicate the outcome and relevant processing details.
